I'm officially the mother of a THREE year old!!!

Brenna turned three last Wednesday! We celebrated by taking cupcakes to school and then after school we went to Walmart to spend her b-day money. She bought play make up (yes...I actually let her), a cash register, and play-doh. We came home and played outside a little bit, it was a beautiful day! Then Grandma Fisher brought over another present for B. It was just a nice laid back day.

3 year old stats:
31lbs
35inches

Brenna,

You are an amazing little girl. Everyday you make me more proud. You are constantly accomplishing new things. I love how you are so compassionte. I also love how sassy you are! You def. have an opinion on EVERYTHING and you let EVERYONE know your opinion. I love that you love to cuddle and how you talk baby talk to Bubby and tickle him. You are such a great big sister! You are very funny, and you make everyone laugh. I think you get that from your daddy. I love that you know the words to Taylor Swift songs better then I do, and that you constantly want yo listen to your girl! I love how you get excited about so many things! Never lose that excitement about life! I love that you want to be like me, and want to do everything Mommy does! I love that you have to change clothes at least 5 times a day and if you could you would live in a princess dress. I love that you get so excited about learning. I know that you are growing up, but you will always be my baby girl. I love you.

Miss B's Birthday Party!!

We had B's party yesterday, and it was an AMAZING day! She woke up to a house decorated in Tinkerbell and she was sooo excited. All of our family came. And our friends Jim and Kristen, Travis and Laci, and Aunt Katie came. It means a lot to me that so many people LOVE our children! Brenna really enjoyed playing with her cousins and playing with Stephan and Brooklyn. She was so excited that Baby Jemma came to HER house..lol! She got some great presents which included a Dora Chair, Guitar, Keyboard, TONS of dress up clothes, a baby doll that walks and clothes for her, some books and coloring books, tons of Dora stuff, a Princess cd player thing, a new Tinkerbell comforter, 2 frogs (that she named Nemo and Mickey Mouse :)) some things for her room, some games, and so much more stuff that I can't remember it all! Basically she got way to many presents....lol! Oh..and she got this stuffed little dog that she named Keithsburger (haha)...Mimi and Poppy live in Keithsburg. Apparently, she thought that would be a good name for the dog! :)

Now for the fun part! The pictures!

Bath time!

The kids took a bath together for the first time! It was actually fun, even though Wyatt almost had a heart attack. He didn't really like that Collier wanted to crawl in the bath tub....lol!

6 unconventional things you think people should celebrate by throwing a party

This blog has pretty much just been about the kids, but I figured I would try to spice things up a bit! :)(Stole this from another blog)

6 unconventional things you think people should celebrate by throwing a party

Hmmm....this is a tough one!

1. I def. think potty training is a reason to throw a party! Lets celebrate that my kid doesn't poop their pants anymore! ;)

2. Pretty much any milestone my children accomplish! I think everything they do is amazing and they should always be celebrated!

3. Relationship party. I'm not married. I don't plan to be married ever. But dammit I would like to throw a kick ass reception and have people celebrate me...lol! And instead of wedding gifts, people can give me relationship gifts! :)

4. Kids sleeping through the night. I would still not be able to throw this party, but maybe it would give Brenna an incentive to sleep through the night if she knew a there would be a party.

5. Umm...why aren't there Mother's Day Parties?!!? I think that's a must!

6. Umm...how about a "I got all my homework done and I don't have to spend the whole weekend doing it" party! LOL! Sorry...couldn't think of anything else! :)

Pumpkin Patch!! :)

We went to the pumpkin patch with Krista, Ryan, and Ray-Ray. It was freezing, but we still had fun! Next year we will have to go when its a little warmer out. The kiddos were so good and I wore Collier the whole time. He was warm and snuggly with Mommy wearing him!:)

Cookies!!!

Today B and I made sugar cookies! (Yes...from the package were not fancy around here):)
They were supposed to be in the shape of a pumpkin, but they didn't really turn out. They're kind of ugly....but still yummy! :)

**Ignore the ugly wallpaper, remodeling the kitchen is on the list of things to do when I'm done with school! :)

Brenna painting. Its supposed to be a fall tree, but apparently she wasn't in the mood to paint a tree. She ended up painting the whole paper red and orange. :)

I also wanted to say that I just realized that the blinkie says something about me being a wife...lol. Obviously I'm not married, but I'm to lazy to change the blinkie.lol

How can you not be happy when you have such beautiful children! I love them more and more everyday. :)

Here is Collier's 6 month pic. We took it at Adam and Jackie's wedding. He loves his blankets and if he doesn't have a paci in his mouth he loves to chew on them....I love it!

He is so tired! But soooo cute!

Collier is 6 months!

Collier turned 6 months on Saturday! I can't believe it! :( How can he possibly be six months!

Stats:
16lbs 3oz 26 inches long

Some Collier randoms:
Has been crawling and pulling up for about a month
Has even taken a couple steps while holding onto the couch
Can sit up completely on his own
No teeth
Takes about 3 naps a day
Bedtime is usually around 9 and he wakes up for good around 7
He always wakes up talking....so cute!
He still wakes up 3-4 times a night, but he does sleep a couple hours in his crib. :)
He is still a big momma's boy!
Still not eating baby food

I will post pics tomorrow the camera is in the car. :)

Fun day at home.

It has pretty much rained ALL day, so I tried to keep Brenna entertained today.

We did a craft where she made a tree with fingerprints and handprints.

Then we went outside and went on a "nature hunt". We were able to find everything in our own yard! Then we separated the things into leaves and flowers.

We had some sad news in our family this week. On Tuesday my childhood dog died. Elvis was a major part in my life and he will really be missed. I am sad that my children will not grow up with him. Brenna knows him and we have explained that Elvis is in heaven now. She doesn't understand a lot though. She said that she missed him and he was her best friend. :( Elvis was actually her third word!
We will miss you Elvis Pelvis Collier Kinsey Stokes...hahah..that's the name I gave him when I was seven! :)

LOTS of pictures!

So...I said I would post some pics that summarized our summer. Soooo...here ya go. There probably not going to be in order either. :)
